What’s new?
- Modern Aesthetics: We’ve updated the model with a new look to create a professional, modern appearance that stands out and is ready for presentation. We’ve updated the charts, colors, backgrounds, and much more to make the model more visually appealing.
- User-Friendly Layout: The new design also comes with an improved layout. Now, your project’s key metrics are front and center. Access your IRR, Returns, and Multiple with a quick glance at the inputs page. We’ve also added a comment section for you to input your model assumptions or any other notes you need on the project.
- More Functionality: We’ve included a button at the beginning of the model to easily clean up your output sheets. While our models have numerous capabilities, such as using any combination of property type like Commercial/Residential, sometimes our clients only need a single property type. With a click of the button, they can now easily hide any sections they aren’t using.
