TILT has added 3 new user feature enhancements to our models. These enhancements help the user better organize and view their data in the model, and gives more flexibility to how the output sheets work.
New Toggle for P&Ls: This is a feature that has been highly requested and allows the user to switch between Calendar Year (2024, 2025, etc.) and Operating Year (Year 1, Year 2, etc.) when viewing P&Ls.
New Button for Organizing Data: This new button allows the user to hide any rows that do not have data. This means, if the user didn’t input any soft costs, then the entire soft costs section will be hidden on all 50+ output sheets with a single click. No more manually hiding unused rows that aren’t needed for presentation!
New Toggle for GP Returns: You now have the option to Show or Hide GP returns on the Deal Summary. Some clients only care about the LP and need an easy way to hide all GP returns. This toggle fixes that issue!
