      The Report Center contains scores of additional pre-built reports to answer any question about how a deal impacts the cap table. We can also customize and create new reports “in deal time” if required to provide you the competitive advantage you need to get the best deal.

      Report 2

      This Report shows how much each class of securities receives at different valuations of the Company.

      The Report shows how each series of securities maximizes their economic returns by exercising conversion rights. Here the Series B Notes elect at $75M value to cash out rather than convert.

      Series B Notes elect to convert to preferred but as pro rata share is greater than liquidation preference, they convert second time into common.

      Note that as company valuation increases, Series B Notes get greater amount highlighted in shades of green.

      This Report shows the impact of repricing options at different valuations of the Company.

      For each class, the Report shows their share of the proceeds of a sale and the red numbers under the heading “Difference” lists the actual cost to that class of the option repricing.

      Options are grouped by strike price into classes and the impact of the repricing is displayed as positive numbers under the heading “Difference” in blue highlight.
